The nursery operates with fully qualified and experienced staff; with the Nursery Manager certificated to BA (Hons) in Education and Professional Studies, and holds an Early Years Teacher Status. Other staff are certificated to NVQ level 3 in Childcare and the assistants to NVQ level 2 in Childcare.
All staff who work directly in the nursery attend regular training courses to ensure they are fully up to date with new practices and with first aid. In addition to this, all staff that are DBS checked on commencement of employment.
